I am owner of multiple healthcare businesses in Serbia. Our company owns few dentist businesses in Novi Sad and Belgrade.

Digital Media had big challenge upon them. They had to bring our company in top pages in Google search engine.

What were your goals for this project?

Placing our company in top 3 on Google Search.

We found them on Google. They had alot of positive reviews and we tought to give them a try.

First they created website for our company, then we created SEO strategy in march 2018 that is ongoing now also. It was a little bit difficult because we are not from IT world, but people from Digital Media helped us alot!

What was the team composition?

There were Project manager, 2 Web Designers and 2 SEO Specialists.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Results are awesome! We are ranking in top 3 in Belgrade, top 3 in Novi Sad and for some keywords we are on 1. for complete Serbia.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was awesome, they helped us to understand IT and we helped them to understand healthcare.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They precission, effectivness, SEO strategy and complete team. They were available on weekend, sometimes late in night they helped us for every problem we had.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing!

We hired Digital Media for our client that has Travel agency. They needed help with SEO so Digital Media gave us help there.

Our goals were to complete SEO process, because in our company we dont have SEO specialists so we hired Digital Media to do that.

We found out about them through a referral. A couple of our clients have recommended us to Digital Media.

The project was to get a highly competitive travel agency on the Google social network. We made a plan and a strategy and together with them we started to realize.

I had direct communication with owner and with Project manager. They were litteraly 24/7 available for any info

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The scope of the key words was wide and we narrowed it down to the 20 most important ones. I can say that we have achieved enviable positions in less than a year and afterwards worked with them to grow other key words.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are available 24/7. We communicated via Skype as well as via Viber. We had meetings 2-3 times a week.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge is what I like best. Precision. Perfection.

Are there any areas for improvement?

So far, I don't see a reason where they can improve. Serious collective and serious experts.
