Please describe your company and your position there.

My company is Nuvento, a New Jersey based technology company providing IT services and SaaS products. I am working there as a strategic partnerships consultant. I am helping the organization to connect with the right resources and meet their business objective.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Marketry, and what were your goals?

We hired Digital Marketry to generate qualified leads for our cloud based IT services and to promote a series of SaaS products we developed for the insurance industry.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We shortlisted digital marketing agencies specialised in B2B SaaS marketing and has a history of working with clients from the IT industry. We selected digital marketry as their team of content creators and marketers are well knowledgeable when it comes to the Information and Technology industry and the strategy and solutions they highlighted in the proposal were highly tailored and relevant to what we were looking for.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

The scope of the project included revamping the business website of Nuvento, starting the search engine optimization activities and producing contents on behalf of the company in the form of blogs, social media posts and landing pages. We later expanded the project to cover LinkedIn and email marketing as well. The deliverables were contents which include blogs, case studies, social posts and web pages and the organic traffic and leads from the SEO activities.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A dedicated team consisting of an SEO executive, content writer and web and graphics designer were allocated to our project and there was experienced supervision from the seasoned marketers in their digital marketing team who lead the strategy sessions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The results were very satisfactory, we started to receive inbound leads from the website by the 6th month of partnership. The revamped website was super impressive and informative. We generated some high quality inbound leads from the website which really helped the company. We were able to scale our SaaS product from a 1500+ user base to 50000+ end users within 1.5 years of partnering with Digital Marketry.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had very transparent and effective communication. We had weekly meetings and monthly sessions to make sure the sales and marketing activities are well aligned. We were using CRMs and several automation tools to make the connection between their team and our sales team smooth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I would say they are highly focussed when it comes to B2B SaaS marketing and selling IT services. They are a team of experts who has very good knowledge about the IT industry, and it made the communication a lot easier. Our association with Digital Marketry was fruitful for the company as they produced qualified leads towards the IT services and generated more than 50K end users for one of our SaaS product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were no notable drawbacks to their service, all our expectations were met and the partnership is ongoing smoothly.
