For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Guru, and what were your goals?

People no longer go to phone books or print ads to find services—customers have turned their attention to the internet. In an ever-changing environment where the way people use technology is changing, we needed to determine an online marketing strategy to generate more leads.

How did you select Digital Guru and what were the deciding factors?

Perhaps through Facebook, but I was looking for a company with great reviews.

Digital Guru in my search for a reputable digital marketing agency to specifically run Google Advertising while i get a grip on my business. I approached this process in a borderline paranoid way because I've gotten screwed over twice beforehand by 5-star rated agencies/individuals (and this is coming from a careful skeptic to begin with!

 The team built our online marketing strategy from the ground up, really determining how we’re presented in the market. It was mostly PPC work, but it went beyond getting to the top of a list. They were able to discover what potential customers were searching for by running tests, granting us insight into the differences between what we thought our customers were looking for and what they were actually looking for.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We get the most value out of the customers they bring to our door because we are able to close deals with them. Digital Guru also generates more than the other 7–8 sources we use to find customers. They’ve given us the best return by far.

Their team put a lot of time into designing and finding the right message. They focused their energy on how people think, truly understanding the person on the other side of the coin. The work went beyond what a typical SEO company does—this was a full-scale advertising solution. They turned clicks into conversions, which is what I really cared about. Rocket Clicks reached the right people, who were looking for our offerings with their qualitative and quantitative research.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were able to bring in representatives from Google to discuss deep levels of strategy. I knew they were in my corner the whole time, and I never had to worry about Digital Guru taking my data to competitors. They handle themselves with a high level of professionalism, adding value to the business. They have the ability to turn an above-average company into a major player in the marketplace.

They went the extra mile and set up a profitable Facebook Ads campaign with a very good results. Very Satisfied!
