I would like to appreciate David for his efforts he put into special project for our company. The goal of the project was to create a program for sending requests to suppliers and receiving responses with proposals from them.  The work was performed at a high level. 

While testing of the program we made sure that all tasks were taken into consideration. All shortcomings were removed promptly. The program allows us significantly improve functionality of our work and save time. David was available both during the development of the project for consultations, as well as after the completion of the project, which is very important.

The main scope of work involved building the back-end solution for the cemetery management online service and supporting the existing front-end application by integrating the infrastructure of both components. Additionally, we handled DevOps development to manage CI/CD integrations. 
Digital Dudes also assisted in maintaining the strategy amd analysis for the ongoing development cycle, as well as building security layers and processes tailored to the custom solution's needs. They offer a wide spectrum of engineering services, which allowed us to expand the service, enhance its features, and accelerate business growth.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we were discussing a service that was launched from an MVP, the main outcomes of the project that demonstrated success were the launch of the service for a limited number of users and the establishment of a process for future development. This was achieved with the help of Digital Dudes.

Product management was conducted through weekly calls and other routines and ceremonies implemented according to agile processes. In addition, we used project management tools like Trello to track development progress and asynchronous communication tools for further discussions or support needs. The project was delivered on time with a clear and straightforward timeline provided by Digital Dudes.
