Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the primary recruiter working at Best Manage Staffing. It is a staffing firm and we provide labour to the companies.

For what projects/services did your company hire ByteTech Consulting, and what were your goals?

To increase our candidate database and to fill the client's needs for specific skilled labour in less time we wanted to try digital marketing. We hired Byte tech for same.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Their name came suggested via one our clients who appreciated their aid in marketing and software development. Their reasonable cost for their services and presentation seemed compelling for a try.

They clearly understood our requirements and goal and worked accordingly. Their team very quickly escalated our growth and presence on social media sites including Instagam, linkedln and facebook.

Around three-four people worked with us on the project. Mainly I always got connected to Waseem who is Chief Technology Officer at Byte tech.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our candidate database increased significantly. Our company got recognition online as well. We are able to fulfill the labor demand with more ease.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had in person meeting when needed but we mainly communicated via emails which is my preferred method of communication. They are very responsive and resolved all our queries within a few hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very responsive. As soon as we have requirements, they help us with via digital marketing and the job posts go online within a few hours, which helps us find suitable talents easily within a given timeline.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are really satisfied with their services.
