We got together with Digital Bobcats and started with a brand interview. We told them more about our company like our values, about our team, the company culture, and our main services. They then got to work on our website and showed us a demo site. We commented on their work. They made changes and then showed us again and we launched it. We also worked with them on SEO so that our website is seen when you search it up on Google. They would update us on how well our website was performing due to their SEO. They also did paid ads for us on google and social media.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website traffic was up when they did SEO for us. The paid ads also helped get us more traffic. The website also was performing really well because of how well designed it was. It's easy to use and find what you need to.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They seem to be very well organized because although I'm sure they have multiple clients to do work for, they always delivered when they said they would. They had the website done rather quick I'd day. I expected it to take months but it only took like 3 months I would say.

The employees seem to really like what they do. They were always really energetic and excited. They had great ideas and were always willing to listen to us and our opinions on things as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Bobcats could have done differently?

There is nothing I can think of. Digital Bobcats is a great digital marketing agency to work with.
