For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Berge, and what were your goals?

We hired Digital Berge to lead the efforts on the SEO of our website and also managing the PPC ads for us as we try to increase our visibility and authority online.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The deciding factors mainly was finding the right partner for us. We also had a budget that we needed to fit under. Digital Berge fits in both and gave us a proposal that showed us they could check both of those boxes.

The engagement started out with an in-depth audit of our website. They share a roadmap that includes all the work for every month. It includes both On and Off page SEO and the Ad management strategy.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 3 people on their team. We had a SEO strategist, Ad manager and the head of Operation with us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, we quickly started ranking in the top 10 pages for almost all of the core keywords we were targeting. The work is ongoing and we continue to see an increase in rankings each month.

They keep us updated each step of the way during our onboarding and throughout the ongoing monthly fulfillment. They shared a fortnightly and monthly SEO and PPC detailed report.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were transparent about what I could expect and what I shouldn't expect. This has led to a healthy and productive partnership between us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, they would also come into Content Marketing as its a drawback that for that we have search for other vendor.
