digiSocial thoroughly audited every aspect of our website. Their team reviewed our Google configuration, our backlinks, and our keyword strategy. They developed a better keyword strategy and a content guideline based on our keywords. This week, their team released the initial content. They recently took over our PPC campaigns to align with the newly targeted keywords.

We worked with an account manager, who is an Internet Marketing Specialist, who utilizes different teams depending upon what’s needed.

It’s all too early to speak about any tangible result. Every step of the way, they communicate progress and explain the processes. When their team makes changes, they ensure that we understand why. Their transparency’s fantastic.

Their project management skills are impeccable. Their team’s responsive and commit to calendar times for our Google Meets sessions as regularly as necessary. During the first two months, we met virtually once or twice every week.

The process they maintained to collect keywords from the start of the project till now impressed us. Their team utilizes and cimbines humans and AI technology to identify the appropriate keywords.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, nothing besides the impossible.
