I am Project Manager at HNH Style and we are a life & style based publishing platform.

We got them onboard for the designing and development for our website

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

In this case, its the cost-effectiveness and creative solution which they proposed to us. Everyone was pitching us with the WordPress solutions, without even understanding the need completely. They gave us time, listen to our challenges, arrange 2 sessions of discussions (which we called) before getting them on board. All in All, Cost Effectiveness, Creative Solution, and Professionalism are the reasons.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They have to design and develop the website (front-end + back-end). Our challenge was the custom CMS and its effective connectivity with the frontend. We have the project in 3 stages:
1) Mock ups in 3 to 5 working days
2) Initial structure in 7 to 10 working days.
3) Final product in 7 to 10 working days It took around a month to complete the website.

Furthermore, they had also designed a web-based application for us for social media post designing.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have been assigned an account manager, Sam. He was the one who looked after our project. He is from the Sales team and he served us after the sales as well. He also connected us with their development team once. Rest we communicate via email with other tram members of Digirhinos.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our project is up and running. It is an achievement for them. No one was aligned to complete it before 90 days and they have done it in 30 to 45 days.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

It is best. We don't communicate with everyone in their team. We have Sam and he is our representation in Digirhinos. What we need, Sam is responsible for that. In order to fulfill our need, Sam arranges sessions with the team, and he made sure that their developers and us are on the same page. Everything was in writing, so there were no uncertainties.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are so cool. They don't panic. I am not aware of the whole company but my team was so focused and committed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They delivered what we expected and asked for.
