What challenge were you trying to address with Digimax Dental Marketing?

We brought them on board to rebrand and create a website for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The project started with a consultation, so we filled out a large questionnaire that helped Digimax learn about the business. We also gave them a detailed brief about how we wanted the brand to look. Their team then created different designs for the logo and brand. We emailed back and forth, and they worked on the designs.

Their team also sent us screenshots as they built our WordPress website. After that, they worked on the website's content. We went back and forth to tweak it until it was right. Ultimately, Digimax created a logo, website, and content.

We worked with 3–4 people from Digimax during different stages of the project.

How did you come to work with Digimax Dental Marketing?

We met Digimax at an exhibition through a mutual colleague. Their stand at the exhibition was quite impressive and convinced us that their team was right for us. They nicely presented themselves online too. Digimax was highly rated and had many great testimonies online.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between £8,000– £9,000 (approximately $11,000–$12,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around August 2019, and the whole process took about nine months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Digimax nicely captured our brief. A lot of people said that the website looked impressive, so we had a lot of great feedback. In terms of data, the website’s traffic has been a lot higher. It also secures a lot more conversions compared to our previous website. We’re overall very happy with the outcome.

How did Digimax Dental Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through email and phone calls. Digimax handled the project management themselves. Their team worked together really well. There was a lot of coordination between the different members of their team, and I was always confident that they would complete their tasks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Digimax only takes a number of clients each month, so they don’t spread themselves thin. I don’t know other marketing agencies that work like that. Their team focuses on each customer, which sets them apart and makes them quite personable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was a lot of back and forth on the content, which slowed the project down a bit. I felt it was a tedious process. Digimax also worked with a practice near to us, and I was surprised that wasn't a conflict of interest. Although drastically different, our logos use the same font. It’s fine but that’s one bit of feedback.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be specific in the brief. It’s also important to be specific with any changes to help the designers understand your idea.
