We observed a noticeable improvement across key metrics during the campaign. Overall reach increased by approximately 30%–40%, while lead generation saw an uplift of around 25%–35%. In terms of efficiency, cost per lead improved by about 15%–20%, which contributed to a stronger overall ROI compared to our previous campaigns.While there was overall improvement across all channels, the strongest contributions came from paid advertising campaigns, particularly on social media platforms. These campaigns were the main drivers of lead generation and conversions. Organic efforts such as content and social media engagement supported brand awareness and helped nurture the audience, but performance marketing delivered the most immediate and measurable impact.Overall, DigiMarketing Singapore’s efforts contributed to a more effective and scalable digital marketing funnel. We also saw stronger audience engagement and retention through optimized content strategies.

The collaboration was smooth overall. One area for enhancement could be providing more forward-looking recommendations or testing new campaign variations earlier in the process. However, they were very open to feedback and quick to adapt, which made it easy to refine and improve the campaigns along the way.
