Are there any areas for improvement or something Digikram could have done differently?

Overall, our experience has been very positive. If there is one area for improvement, it would be having even more frequent reporting during the early stages of the project, especially while the new systems and campaigns were being launched. Because the strategy involved several moving parts like automation, CRM setup and lead qualification, having slightly more detailed onboarding documentation at the beginning could have made internal alignment even faster for our team. That said, they were always responsive, open to feedback and quick to make adjustments whenever needed.
