I am a purchase manager working in a export & import company name called: Asia Global Exim.

We are looking for to find a supplier (steel scrap) anywhere around the world. Digihelp was expertise in digital marketing with international trading. Digihelp was responsible connecting our company with supplier.

How did you select this vendor?

We have a schedule one to one meeting with Digihelp's CEO and share requirements in details with him. We are impressed the way Digihelp's CEO quickly understood our requirements and show us digital strategy to find our supplier.

The main responsibilities of Digihelp are: 

• To run digital marketing campaign to find supplier.
• After getting lead via campaign, communicate with supplier.
• Verify supplier quality of product and conduct meeting for price negotiation.

What was the team composition?

I have just interact directly with CEO because CEO is focus individually on each project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are definitely 100% satisfied with digihelp's service. It has delivered desire result what we have expected from them. We are committed to build permeant partnership with Digi help.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was effective between us and digihelp. Every Monday , CEO of Digi help will send us activity report including future work plan. It will give us clear idea abour work plan.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am impressed with positive energy of Digihelp's CEO. They are very honest and always deliver what they have described during meetings.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We don't find any area which is required to be improve. Everything was gone as per plan shown by digihelp.
