The Digigen team has helped us with the evaluation of Google and Microsoft as we were using gmail before and had on prem servers for our video content.

Eventually due to the shared storage Digigen advised us to move to Google as this would provide more flexibility in terms of storing files in the drive for the designers where some other users only needed limited storage capabilities. 

Digigen helped with the entire migration and training of our teams which were new to collaborating in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets. 

On an ongoing basis we're checking in with the Customer Success team and they help us with new tips and tricks every time. We're working now towards more AI use cases and building a roadmap together. They are really a growth partner and supporting our business goals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Adoption of the solution is 100% across the board.
We're saving at least 2 hours per week for tagging content in drive and aligning on the content release calander where everyone can work in the same document together.

On annual basis we're paying around $2500 less on storage costs.

The team projected two weeks including testing, however they worked through the weekend to limit disruption and after 8 days we went live fully in the same system. We were impressed with the professionalism from the team.

We were very happy, and the only negative thing is the price increases from Google, however Digigen helps us evaluate the best option on an annual basis.
