Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Director of a small eCommerce business in South Africa. We supply accessories for home, car, office and electronics.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digiboys, and what were your goals?

We wanted to get more paying customers and increase our conversion rates because we were struggling with sales and conversion.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was referred by a friend in business that's has used there service in the past and was happy. We had a meeting and saw their proposal and I was blown away at all the things we were not doing or not do it by well.

The work began with conversion rate optimization report and strategy for our website. We immediately saw an improvement in our conversion rates after changes on our site went live plus email marketing campaigns were created to engage our customers on every step of their journey with us. They then fully setup and managed our Google ads and Facebook's ads and return to us 5 - 6x return of our ad spend. Our initial expection was 3x our ad spend. We get access to data studio and reports plus recommendations get sent to me monthly which lets us optimise our products.

We were assigned an account manager which distributed the work the project manager which then worked with the specialists within their team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since their work with us, our sales has increased 1748%! They are god sent! Our sales shot up in the first month from their Google and Facebook campaigns and our conversion rates has been up and has stayed up since. Our growth over the past few months has allowed us to reinvest and grow our product range.

They are great at managing expections and deadlines. They really over delivered on what was expected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really appreciate the work they have done for us. It felt like we had a digit marketing department for a fraction of the cost.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have been really great for us. Can't complain.
