I’m the CEO of Adore, a touring company based in Comoros. We’re the leading touring company in our area.

What challenge were you trying to address with digibiashara?

We needed to create a website that could serve as the digital backbone of our touring company. Our main objectives were to improve our online visibility through SEO so potential clients could easily find us when searching for tours in Comoros. We also wanted to have full administrative control over the platform, allowing us to update tour schedules, prices, and event details without relying on third parties. Additionally, we wanted to ensure scalability so the site could grow as we expand into new markets and add more arts, entertainment, and music experiences.

Moreover, we wanted the website to deliver a seamless booking process, attract international visitors, and communicate the cultural uniqueness of our offerings in a professional, user-friendly way.

What was the scope of their involvement?

digibiashara handled the full end-to-end development of our touring company’s website. Their scope of work included:

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with digibiashara in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing. However, the production of the most important part of the website has ended, and it went live in May 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Working with digibiashara brought us clear, measurable outcomes. Within the first three months of launching the new website, our online visibility improved significantly — organic traffic increased by 65%, thanks to the SEO optimization they implemented. Our booking inquiries grew by over 45%, and international clients who previously struggled to find us online were now reaching out directly.

If there’s one area digibiashara could improve, it would be providing slightly more frequent progress updates during the development phase. Their work was always on track and delivered exactly as promised, but as clients, we sometimes wanted to be even more involved in the day-to-day progress.

That said, this is a minor point. Whenever we reached out, the team was highly responsive, transparent, and quick to clarify. Overall, their communication and delivery exceeded our expectations.
