I'm the CEO of a company that provides a full cycle of pool water treatment, including chemicals, automation, operating and filtering systems, and water heating systems.

Dia Verde has developed a premium website for our specialized pool products, including UI/UX improvements. The team has also set up and integrated our CRM to streamline operations and optimized our e-commerce platform through technical SEO and Merchant Center feed setup. Dia Verde provides continuous support, regular platform updates, and ongoing technical maintenance to ensure our web platform and custom CRM run flawlessly as our business scales.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before working with Dia Verde, our digital presence was struggling because our previous provider built our site on outdated technologies. Dia Verde has completely overhauled our system by migrating everything to a modern headless architecture. As a direct result, we've significantly optimized our web operational costs, improved our site's loading speed, and enhanced our overall technical flexibility. Dia Verde has done much more than a simple redesign — they've future-proofed our entire digital business.The biggest qualitative shift for our team is the sheer reduction in administrative overhead. The new digital infrastructure is so much more reliable and organized than our legacy system. For our customers, the modernized user interface makes finding and purchasing specialized chemical components significantly easier and more enjoyable, enhancing their overall trust in our brand.

As a non-technical team, we'd never heard of it before, but we're extremely happy with this approach. The most impressive thing about Dia Verde is their ability to act as a true technical partner rather than just an agency executing tasks. Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing significant Dia Verde could improve on. Because they've introduced us to new concepts like Scrum and modern headless architecture, there was a brief learning curve for our non-technical team at the start. However, Dia Verde is incredibly patient and supportive, making the whole transition seamless.
