I am a department head for the 52nd International Student Film Festival Sehsüchte

As Europe’s largest student film festival, Sehsüchte offers visibility and creative space to develop the world’s up and coming filmmakers, industry audiences, as well as cinema enthusiasts and a young festival team to enter into an eye-to-eye exchange with each other and generate new impulses and innovation through inspiring films, workshops, and discussions.

tasks included:

• Creation of corporate design, logos and stationery
• Creation of advertisements, posters and banners (out of home, print- and online ads)
• Adaptation of our online presence (website, social media) to the design of this year's festival edition
• Layout of the programme booklet and project folder
• Design of merchandise, stickers, flyers, postcards, invitations
• Creation of badges, accreditations - Creation of the design for the opening and award ceremony

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

5000 festival visitors, over 1000 entries, 150 filmmakers onsite.

dhmc*studio did an outstanding job of meeting deadlines. Our needs were always met. Furthermore dhmc*studio was very communicative and always open for feedback. All in all it was a very pleasant cooperation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The collaboration was characterized by quite a lot of deadlines, which were occasionally bundled in time. But dhmc*studio still managed to meet the deadlines and at the same time did a great job. Furthermore, the communication, especially with Dani, was always very pleasant. Us at Sehsüchte has always felt in good hands.

Are there any areas for improvement or something dhmc*studio could have done differently?
