DevTools is a Hungarian software development company based in Kecskemét, building custom business software for small and mid-sized companies since 2015.
We focus on four areas:
- Internal systems and company-specific processes – we replace Excel sheets, paper forms and email chains with one system built around how your company actually works.
- Custom ERP and back-office software – quotes, orders, inventory, invoicing, approvals and management dashboards.
- Manufacturing software and MES – production planning, digital work orders, machine data collection (PLC, OPC UA, Modbus) and OEE tracking.
- AI solutions – invoice and document processing, chatbots on your own knowledge base, and automation of repetitive back-office tasks.
Every system is integrated with the tools you already use: accounting software, NAV Online Invoice / eVAT, webshops and banks. We start by mapping your processes, deliver in short iterations, and support the system after go-live.

DevTools started in 2015 in Kecskemét to give Hungarian SMEs software that fits the way they actually work. Most clients come to us with processes spread across Excel sheets, paper forms and emails.
