We had an initial meeting here in our warehouse and we analyzed the business processes in details. Only after they were well familiar with the whole work and what exactly we want from them, the development started. I was aware of the whole process and I knew what is done and what remains to be done all the time. When each module was finished, it was available for review, operation and testing to find trouble spots or the need for changes on the go.

• After the integration of the ERP system, a large part of the work is digitized, thus facilitating the communication between some units, improving the accountability and the management has a clearer idea of the current state of the company and this helps him make the right decisions.

We communicated all the time by phone and online. Sometimes, when it was needed we had an online connection in order to make fine adjustments of the connection between software and hardware onsite

Development of an MVP (minimum viable product). The goal was to automate some of our project workflows.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected DevScale after a careful review of companies providing similar services online. We decided to select DevScale after noting that they were as well-reviewed as other similar companies despite having a smaller team.

We worked together on developing an MVP ( minimum viable product) for tech we could leverage to mirror clients’ website content back into our translation management system, which would help in automating part of our project management processes.

The MVP significantly decreased our total time spent working on clients’ websites, a process we used to do manually. After the successful implementation of DevScale’s MVP, our efficiency skyrocketed.

Very effective. There was great communication between both parties, facilitated by an easy-to-use platform. Their punctuality was also very well received, having experienced zero delays.

Our experience with DevScale was a great experience that even exceeded our expectations at times. In the initial stages, they had told us that they believed in what they’re trying to accomplish, which is their key to success. That stuck with us, we liked it. They had a lot of great positives, such as their reasonable pricing.

The agency was established in 2002 and since then we employ a highly qualified team of specialists with many years of experience in the field of tourism. We needed a generalized system to make it easier to track the entire business so that we could optimize our business processes effectively. DevScale’s offer was to develop a CRM system specifically just and only for our needs with all the components we wanted.

The greatest weight in decision-making was the approach of the project manager in preparing a proposal to us. Everything about the details of the project, the way it was made, the functionality were explained to us in an understandable way, without unnecessary „powdered“ terms, so that we could make our choice.

City CRM is a system which integrates all back-office operations. It automates our core processes. The platform is web-based and automates the processing of reservations, planning, bills, invoicing and reporting of orders. City CRM supports interfacing portable devices like smartphones and tablets for facilitating the mobile workforce. DevScale also had the opportunity to supply City Tour Ltd with high-tech professional and consulting services – including business analysis, development, technical analysis, modelling, delivery, installation, putting hardware and system software into operation, documenting requirements, project creation, integration and software testing, creation of project documentation, training and warranty and post-warranty support.

The project was finished just in time. We had a brief introductory training to work with the system, although there was no need - everything was done very convenient and easy to work with.

We were communicating mostly by email or by phone. We had a few meetings in the office and there was no need for more.

I was impressed by the team – they are really ready to help you with any crazy idea. They are professionals who can meet every client’s needs and develop a custom-made project.

The Dots Agency is a creative digital agency with a team of experienced digital devotees, who secure the successful online presence of some of the largest brands on the Bulgarian market.

My name is Lora Dobreva and I am the Account Director at The Dots Agency. I oversee the whole process from receiving a client brief to implementation of creative and strategy and reporting of results.

Working with DevScale has made our job at The Dots quite simpler and way more enjoyable!

During the last couple of years we have partnered with DevScale for a dozen successful projects, and are currently working on some as well. Our partnership grows stronger every year, and it feels like they already are a part of our team.

Most of our projects revolve around National Consumer Promo campaigns, which include building a website from scratch and creating a platform where users can register their receipts after buying a particular product and can play for numerous prizes.

These campaigns tend to be very dynamic as there is always a huge number of participants, and of course we as an agency have to make sure that the platform works properly and everything is running smoothly, which is always the case with DevScale.

Initially we contacted DevScale due to a referral from a colleague, who had worked with them in the past. The first joint project was a success, and we continued our partnership for other brands and campaigns from then on.

For every new project we start with an initial conversation and a short brief on the main topics and technical requirements.

DevScale's approach to web development allows all features to be built out in a timely manner. The technologies they use in our web projects are PHP 8, Symfony, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.

After discussing the brief and estimating the costs of the website, we send them the design of the website and they start working on the platform itself.

As the platform is ready, we test it out along with DevScale to make sure everything is working smoothly prior to the start of the campaign.

If something happened during the campaign or we had any questions, DevScale was always there to help.

We usually communicate with their project manager and the technical leader of the dev team. As we have worked together for a long time, the communication chain has shortened.

Working with a dedicated team is of great importance to us. The most important asset that I could share here is that DevScale are always there to help and to make sure the platform works as it’s supposed to, so that we have no problems with the execution of any task.

We communicate through emails, as well as phone as the fastest way. We also use Skype and Viber to get in touch.

My name is Tanya and I am the founder of Kartina ot zvuk Ltd. Each sound is unique and carries its own unique imprint, called a sound wave. It is like a fingerprint and a pupil drawing - a beautiful personality. Knowing this and under the influence of the pandemic situation in the world, I decided to start this new project called Picture of sound (Kartina ot zvuk). It is the first and one-of-a-kind website for such products in Bulgaria, where you can create and order your personalized SOUND PICTURE!

I contacted DevScale for the development of a tool for visualizing a sound wave. I also needed a website for this new project. I wanted to offer to my clients a special, individualized gift for a special occasion, so the website should be also an ecommerce platform, an online store for my “sound pictures”.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The greatest weight in my choice of supplier was the great desire to realize my idea I observed in the team of DevScale. They believed in me and in my dreams. In addition, the production time was significantly shorter compared to other developers.

The first step of the project development was the Sound wave generator. The technologies and languages used for it are ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Python, scipy, ffmpeg, numpy. As soon as the generator was almost ready, the ecommerce website was started. For the website DevScale used their own CMS which is very intuitive and easy to use. The technologies used for the website are PHP 8, MySQL 5.6, Symfony 5.4, Linux, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. The design is responsive to all screens and devices.

I communicated with a sales person and the CTO of the company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I was aware of the development process all the time, we kept in touch once or twice a week. When finalizing the project, I received a well-prepared documentation for working with the CMS of the website and instructions for the end user to how to use the website. The site loads quickly and gives good results in SERP.

Our communication was mostly digital – by phone, zoom and email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really liked the personal approach of everybody in the team. I felt like I am the most important person in their life, from a professional point of view of course.
