Meanwhile, the password screen prevented unauthorized access to device settings. Compatibility Due to its flexible architecture and adaptable framework, the application enabled effortless integration with different devices, empowering the client to provide a unified customer experience. Screen Preservation Regular color, image, and video changes were implemented to prevent pixel burning and ensure a high-quality viewing experience. ### An optimal-frequency massager Ideas. Concept. Solution. A large-scale manufacturer of massagers engaged with a team of mechanical and electrical engineers at Devomech Solutions to optimize the vibration frequency for the release of the next model. The vibrations, which were previously also felt in the handle, had to be limited to just the head of the massager to achieve the desired comfort to the end-user. To enhance the utility of the massager, the client also suggested that the revamped solution should be a cordless device with an aesthetically appealing design.   Design, modeling,  and manufacturing   Capacity To ensure a longer life cycle, the team designed a robust internal mechanism that would allow the new product to work for 500 hours in a lifetime. A high-power motor was also included and constant revolutions of the motor were maintained to avoid any imprecision in therapy.   Ergonomy A compact solution with a high energy-to-density ratio was created with ergonomically designed grips to offer a sweat-free clutch. The design was customized to be wireless to ensure a nice hold for the end user.   Usability The vibration was restricted to the head of the massager to ensure the therapist would not feel any discomfort. The massager’s head was intelligently designed to access every tissue of the body to recuperate energy reserves in the muscles.   Manufacturing The team played an advisory role in recommending appropriate manufacturing methods to align with the product functionality. The team also coordinated with the manufacturers to get the parts manufactured using CNC and injection molding.   Safety A cooling system was installed to prevent any unnecessary damage to the device. Moreover, an efficient damping mechanism was developed to avoid vibrational impact on the handle and the PCB circuit board.   Scalability The solution is being sold to chiropractors on a large scale by our client. ### Core Cooker for an optimal cooking experience Ideas. Concept. Solution. Trying to perfectly cook a whole chicken, turkey or any problematic cut of meat can be frustrating and time-consuming. Having established a start-up, our client was looking for a partner to design a cooker that could offer the right functionalities to prepare meat perfectly. Different kinds of meat dishes require different temperatures to be perfectly cooked from the inside. While an oven would cook the meat from the outside, the client’s vision was to create a nonstick cookware insert also known as the Core Cooker that could pierce through the meat and allow the heat to penetrate, to achieve the desired tenderness from the inside as well. Design, modeling,  and manufacturing Dimension The body of the core cooker was designed so that a high-power heater could fit into the limited space. Moreover, the heater had to be intelligently placed into the cooker so that the heat could penetrate into the meat evenly. Usability The nonstick cooker was designed to have sharp curves so that it could easily be inserted into the meat. To compliment the core cooker, an alternative part/insert was also added to the product for meat that already had hollow cavities and didn’t need the piercing functionality. In addition, a digital timer and temperature gauge were included in the product to ensure that both professionals and beginners could easily select the right mode/temperature. Prototyping The team successfully created the design, renderings, and animation so that the client could pitch his idea directly to investors. All 2D and 3D manufacturing design files with required tolerances were delivered to the client. Safety Since the cooker was powered by an electrical cord, the team chose a high-temperature food-grade material for the cord so that it could sustain the high temperatures. ### An all-in-one washing and drying solution Ideas. Concept. Solution.   To create a modern laundry machine design, our valued client reached out to engage our electrical and mechanical engineering teams so that their users have the capability to dry their washed clothes with utmost ease without having to hang them in the open air or dedicate a separate room in the house for laundry. This was in response to the problems faced by users who use conventional washing machines which mostly require separate spin dryers, or use dryers that discharge water while drying, hence creating the need to be placed into a dedicated laundry area.   Design, modeling, and manufacturing Integrated function Instead of a separate heater, a dryer was intelligently placed inside the washing machine which converted cold air to hot to dry clothes without any water discharge. Usability Using modern mechanical assembly techniques and special vibration control materials, the team successfully reduced the noise created by the machine. Given that the machine can work without a continuous water source the user is free to place it anywhere required. Sustainability The filtration system fitted inside the washing machine allowed used water to be stored, filtrated, and then reused, hence eliminating the need for a continuous water source and making it environmentally friendly. Moreover, a BLDC motor was used to save energy. ### Smart Health Station Monitor Ideas. Concept. Solution.   To empower individuals in monitoring their health and detecting respiratory disorders early on, Devomech Solutions worked with a valued client to develop a versatile and user-friendly smart health station monitor for nurse stations, small clinics, and remote health centers. To address the challenges of monitoring vital health indicators such as heart rhythm, pulse rate, and blood sugar levels, the client sought a portable health monitoring gadget capable of accurately capturing weekly data for individuals and families.    Design, modeling,  and manufacturing Dimension The monitor was constructed keeping in mind the dimensional restrictions imposed by the Android tablet. The resulting solution encompassed an internal frame, an outward body, and electronic components, all harmoniously integrated into the overall product design. Usability Emphasizing convenient heart rate monitoring, the integration of consumer-friendly electrodes was prioritized. An Android app was developed to effectively record and manage data from the health station. Prototyping Iterative testing and refinement were conducted to identify and address any weaknesses or potential issues. Through this iterative process, the design was optimized until a final version was achieved, ready for large-scale production. Scalability The solution facilitated blood pressure, blood sugar, and pulse rate measurements in diverse settings, including homes, hotels, and medical facilities. The potential integration of additional sensors such as for spirometers and digital stethoscopes further enhances its capabilities. Sourcing Sensors were sourced from reputable suppliers, and the enclosure was either created through on-site 3D printing or manufactured in collaboration with reliable partners. ### Culturally attuned hygiene for modern restaurants Ideas. Concept. Solution.   Having been approached by a popular food chain owner in the US, a team of engineers at Devomech Solutions took up the challenge to work on an electro-mechanical portable bidet solution to fit the needs of our client. Our client wanted to pursue this solution to create an inclusive restaurant environment where diners from all cultures could experience a comfortable ambiance.   Design, modeling,  and manufacturing Scalability To ensure that the design would fit into all restrooms in the restaurants owned by our client, the size of the bidet was kept at 18*6 inches. Capacity The tank for the bidet was designed to hold 10 liters at a time. The capacity was determined by gauging the average water consumption in a day. Sustainability To reduce the operating costs, a submersible pump was used which requires little maintenance. Lithium-ion batteries were used for an optimal power-to-size ratio. Aesthetics To fit the interior of the restrooms, a monochrome exterior was chosen for the bidet to complement the color of the fixtures already installed.
