We wanted a CRM software inhouse, that stores and manages processes data inhouse. 

Data security was an issue when choosing standard CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho or Hubspot.

Deliverables included:

• Working web based software hosted.
• All the product code and its corrosponding graphics.
• All copyrights to our company.

A working CRM that can

• add, delete, change data
• create new campaigns
• send custom emails or from the set of templates
• technical documntation with a few training sessions

Since both the parties knew each other well, it was not difficult to get on the spot help or extensive trainings. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Awesome. Their consultation, planning, and execution were all well-managed.

They did communicate well through email, whatsapp and other tools. I was always aware of what was going on in the development and could answer my management as well on their queries.

The team delivered it well on time (negligible delay).

Since the two owners knoew each other well, it was not difficult to manage the entire project.

Project Management. They planned well and executed even better. 

Since we were in the same city and knew each other well, we would frequently visit each other and check out the progress.

Although their executuon and communication were equally good, yet I am more impressed with their planning & management.

YES, they must offer some commercial leverage to their known clients.
