Our main goal is to create a real estate portal for our clients. This portal should help you quickly find real estate to buy. Or publish your own property for sale. And create a CRM system to manage this whole process. For this purpose, we need to find the best specialist in this field, so we found Devloop

before starting work we had a meeting to discuss the main goals. From our side, we provided designs that we wanted to be implemented. They put all our plans into practice. The team was constantly in touch and fast communication. They have developed a project management and management system for us. CRM system for our team.

They also provided quality services in support of the project. From their moan has always been the initiative and appropriate ideas that we put into practice. Consulting on security and placement of the project on servers for further service

I worked with a project manager, back-end developer and front-end developer. He could communicate with senior management when urgent problems arose, helping us as possible.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the implementation of this product, the efficiency of the team has increased significantly We often spoke with the project manager about financial and more global issues related to functionality.

Everything was clear and understandable, if there were additional questions, we immediately found the answer. Our cooperation lasted 2 years. As a result, many changes and adjustments have been made on both sides to create our site and crm-system. In general, I am satisfied with the work done

We worked on the agile methodology. At the beginning of the sprint we always had rallies where we discussed all the details. We also held daily stands with their project manager, who talked to the rest of the team. If there were delays, they informed us in advance so that we could prepare. We used youtrack and hitlab for coordination, and they worked well with our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided us with a large and easy-to-use project. During its creation, our team worked with it and used it gradually as it developed, we also made adjustments to the inconvenience, which were quickly corrected. As a result, we got a modern and cool portal and management system, which were easy and clear to use. The technologies on which the project was developed are Laravel and Vue.Js

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think that maybe at some point they need to add more details to the implementation of customer ideas, perhaps the initiative of the person who was the manager of this project. But in general, everything worked out

I’m the head of the marketing department at a bridal fashion design company. I’m in charge of promoting our brands on different social media channels and in expos.

What challenge were you trying to address withDevloop?

We work with different countries in the development of our products and also attend different expos worldwide, specifically in the U.S. and Europe. Our main goal was to increase our gown sales and have a convenient place for communicating with our clients — bridal shops and boutiques — and their end clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Devloop designed and developed our website from scratch, implementing all of our ideas into the platform. It had a web version as well as a mobile-friendly version. They also connected it with our internal accounting and management programs, enabling our clients to see our prices and stock availability. In addition, they created a seamless form of communication for our clients through the website. 

Since we work with a lot of videos and photography, we needed everything to load fast. The team has now completed our website, but we continue to work with them as we have new ideas and requests we want to integrate. Devloop also frequently checks our site for any issues that need to be addressed.

What is the team composition?

We’re mainly working with three people, but there are several people involved in the process of developing our website and they get involved whenever we have questions or problems.

We fully appreciate Devloop’s work, and we’ve achieved success because of them. Moreover, it’s easy working with them because they provide recommendations during every stage of the development process. Thanks to them, our website looks stunning and has no issues. Above all, they have creative and useful ideas.

How did Devloop perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication skills are great, and all of our questions or issues are resolved during face-to-face meetings. They meet us at our most convenient time, and we use that opportunity to review their work. Moreover, they’ve been on time with everything. We communicate using phone calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed by their ability to technically execute our ideas and requests, and they give us several options to address our issues. Even when our ideas are challenging, Devloop always has a way of solving problems, and they do their best to implement what we want.
