• Tomas: he's a junior/semi-senior developer but a quick and motivated learner

Are there any areas for improvement or something DevLabs could have done differently?

I felt Tomas didn't have the right backup in the team to technically support him.

Also Tomas needs to learn more on how to estimate work.
