RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There wasn't really any. He did not finish a section at a time, so that one could see the progress. It was done in a disorganised fashion and couldn't really be tested because of this.

Met none of the deadlines, always full of excuses. Usually personal excuses like illness, divorce, etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very unprofessional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DevLabs could have done differently?

Be more organised. Do one small section at a time and finalize it before moving to a next section. Better communication, to not miss most emails. Not bring personal problems to work and allow clients to bear the cost of it. Customer care was non-existent.
