Our Story

DevHandler is an Adobe Experience Manager engineering team. Since 2014 we have built and run AEM platforms for enterprise brands — usually as the delivery team behind an agency or systems integrator. We are an Adobe Silver Solution Partner with an Experience Manager Sites specialization in EMEA. Our work: AEM Sites and Assets, migrations to AEM Cloud Service and Edge Delivery, and the engineering team behind production AEM integrations for four TMS platforms.

Most often as the delivery team behind an agency or systems integrator. You keep the client relationship and the account; we bring the AEM engineers, the estimates and the releases. We also work directly with enterprise teams and with TMS vendors who need an AEM integration built and maintained. We are ready to sign non-solicitation terms.

A named delivery lead, a weekly written status with planned versus actual hours, and the same project tracker you already use. Our team works European hours, so escalations are handled the same day rather than the next one. If an estimate is going to be missed, you hear it while it can still be changed.

Against the estimate and against the release date. We track planned versus actual hours per task and report the gap, including when it is ours. For support retainers we agree a monthly hour limit upfront and show what was used, so the invoice holds no surprises.

Both. AEM 6.5 core support for Adobe Managed Services ended on 31 August 2026, the last 6.5 service pack ships on 19 November 2026, and service pack support runs to 28 February 2027. We work with teams staying on 6.5 LTS, teams moving to AEM Cloud Service, and teams going to Edge Delivery.
