We had a goal to become an authoritative resource for ICT sector, build our brand to promote tech innovation in the region. Thus we needed a user-friendly site with well-organized quality content and easy navigation.

SOLUTION

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We needed an experienced partner who would create custom website according to our needs and requirements. Budget was also an important factor for our decision.

DeveloWay created the custom website from scratch. They managed to do it as per our needs and demands. The website is well-designed, the UX is great. The team provided 6 months after service maintenance for us. The steps of the project were as follows:

I am a Technical Lead and Consultant of Social Support Program and Technical Advisor at National center of Pulmonology in Armenia. "National Center Of Pulmonology" SNCO is one of the specialized medical centers in the field of pulmonology in Armenia․ And also it is the only diagnosis and treatment center for tuberculosis in the republic․ The primary function of the center is to provide high quality consulting and diagnostic services to patients suffering from various lung diseases and ensuring complete cure of their disease.

For what projects/services did your company hire DevelopWay CJSC, and what were your goals?

We had issues with our hospital management system. The functionalities were not fully consistent with WHO guidelines, the system was not capable of creating the reports required, some required functions were missing, there were no SOPs for data quality control, some bugs were inherent in the system and some modules were not incorporated into it. Thus we were seeking an experienced IT company to support, update and upgrade the national TB register.

We organized a tender and DevelopWay CJSC was appointed by NCP to maintain the clinic management system according to the new requirements and standards. The deciding factors were Experience the company, timeline and the costs.

The scope of the work required included:

• updating the TB register tool and providing solutions to the existing issues. -connecting the laboratory database with eTB manager
• evaluating and updating the laboratory examination tools in accordance to the WHO definitions
• updating the TB treatment pathway tool
• updating the modules and administration settings

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Under the management of Armen Melkonyan, DevelopWay CJSC was able to provide us with timely and efficient solutions. The prices have been reasonable and there has been no occasion for any complaints.

Project Manager was very persuasive and participative, cared for the communication and delivery of the project. We had several online and onsite meetings and had efficient collaboration. And I want to acknowledge the professionalism of Armen Melkonyan while cooperating with W.H.O. World Health Organization experts.

DevelopWay managed to resolve the challenges throughout the process, delivering more than promised. We received huge value with quite good rates. The key factors behind our successful partnership were the team’s in-depth knowledge of our services and system and the team leader’s ability to provide alternative solutions for the system problems we had.

I am working as an interpreter for JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) Study Team. JICA provides technical cooperation and other forms of aid promoting economic and social development in developing countries and aims to advance international cooperation.

DevelopWay was hired by JICA Study Team for the development of software in the frames of the project for "Seismic Risk Assessment and Risk Management Planning in the Republic of Armenia".

The software development company was hired to create a system that immediately determines (in real-time) the main parameters of the earthquake and displays the intensity map of Yerevan city based on the data received.

The Project steps were as follows: Programming of 3G & ADSL multiplex network, as well as reception program for central Linux server; Installation and adjustment of network equipment; Formulation of a web system (Created the design and algorithm of the system); Establishment of web system using PHP, JavaScript, Database; Testing of the whole system.

There were 4 people in the team, including a Project Manager, PHP developer, Java developer, QA specialist.

DevelopWay was really thorough with their work and provided quality deliverables. We feel very satisfied with all the works done by them. The team not only created the software, but also explored the project thoroughly to understand and find the most efficient way of implementation.

The project manager’s experience was great in selecting the best suitable framework for us and communicating frequently and effectively. They were able to provide the software in small chunks, thus letting us to test it earlier and give our comments. The team was agile and open to changes.

They also assisted in curating and integrating content, some of which was created in-house, while other pieces were acquired from potential partners. Key Deliverables : A comprehensive web and mobile platform for Scooloo, backed by a robust infrastructure, accompanied by thorough testing reports and user documentation.
