A Ruby on Rails web app (6.1.4) that is hosted on Heroku (github). The site mainly serves short videos and uses some javascript on certain pages. Looking for a developer to upgrade the app from 6.1.4 to 7.0; and then once 7.0 is confirmed working, to upgrade it to 7.1. The upgrade needs to ensure that all current app features and functionality also work the same after the upgrade. Milestones

1. Meet online for a 30-minute demo of web app and important features to maintain ($25)
2. Developer updates app locally (github) to 7.0, ensuring all current features continue to work ($25)
3. Developer updates app in production (Heroku) to 7.0, ensuring all current features continue to work ($25)
