Our work with Dev Craft has covered several projects over the years. The scope has included building new digital products from scratch, rebuilding and improving existing software, and developing applications that integrate with physical hardware and third-party systems. Their responsibilities have covered technical planning and architecture, front-end and back-end development, integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements after launch. The main deliverables included production-ready web applications, administration tools, hardware and API integrations, and the modernization of existing platforms.

Since this review covers several engagements, the outcomes varied by project. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out most is their sense of ownership. They don’t just complete tickets and move on. They try to understand the business problem, question requirements when they see a better approach, and care whether the final product actually works for the people using it. That combination of technical ability and practical product thinking is difficult to find.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dev Craft could have done differently?

On some of the larger projects, more structured documentation of technical decisions and changes along the way would have made handovers easier. That said, communication was always open, and any issues were addressed quickly when raised.
