The scope of work included 800 hours of development focused on optimizing our existing Node.js platform. A-Development moved our platform to cloud services and used lazy loading techniques so only the necessary data gets loaded, which really cut down on server load and sped up response times. 

The big wins were creating a scalable and efficient platform, optimizing database and backend logic, and getting the loading speed down to an impressive 0.5 seconds.

They developed a robust back-office system to streamline the management of users, properties, insurances, invoices, and tenant documents, ensuring real-time updates on property availability.

Additionally, they built a smart search feature using Elasticsearch, enhancing the user experience by providing quick and accurate search results. Also A-Development used ASP.NET to ensure scalability and robust performance, React for the front-end, SQL Server for database management, and AWS for hosting.

The System created by A-Development for managing PO, SO, payment documents( incoming and outcoming invoices ); additionally robust warehouse management feature that allowed for the automatic picking of cartons across items and facilitated the shipping and receiving of items via orders. 
Reporting compatible with PDF was a key point for us , the same like connection to email and schedule orders directly from the system, so A-Dev smoothly integrated Jasper reports into the ERP. This particular feature enable to  large shipping service in the US. Plus, the dynamic user permissions feature enable us to assign proper  access levels to the team.Highly recommend!

A-Development shown their genuine interest in our project success and really go deep to make sure proposed  complex business solution would suits us, basically from the very first day. Project delivered some great results, with the ERP application running smoothly for a solid 2 years. All synchronization issues and addressed change requests quickly and effectively, which really highlighted the robustness of the system and their responsiveness to our needs. Communication, rollouts and and back and forth made me confident it will work well and I was right

They are not many companies with good project mgmt skills, but not A-Development! All was on point! First responsivness and proposed solutions were just tailored to our needs. It wasnt a moment of silence, rather creative brainstorm captured later on in follow ups email

The most impressive part of A-Development's expertise was technical proficiency, particularly in using Angular 10, TypeScript, .NET Core 3, ElasticSearch, and Jasper Reports. Handling complex business rules and creating a dynamic permissions matrix that catered to different staff positions.  Also integration of these technologies to create a functional and user-friendly ERP system, highly recommend!

Its always a room for improvement, in our case A-Development's performance was really hihj quality cooperation , and its matter of board of company in which direction they would like to go further to improve
