Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Initially we started with website designing and development which includes everything starting from Logo designing to branding. With the turnaround time and quick deliverables, we pursued further with our first 2D Unity based game named "Perfect Jump" which was fabulously developed and well tested and the team at Deuex took care of deploying/releasing in both App Store as well as Play Store. 
With this release, we had amazing working relationsip with the team at Deuex and eventually developed 2 more 3D Multiplayer game and launched it on both the stores, Tic Tac Toe MultiplayerMadness and Sudoku Multiplayer Madness to name them.

Key deliverables which we did not expect yet received from them were:

• Quick delivery when it came to multiplayer support in the game
• Promptness in fixing the reported bugs
• Website responsiveness across all the major devices in short turnaround time.

Great traffic on our website for the primary outcome increased our confidence, and a high number of downloads and repeat users on our game demonstrated the success of our efforts.

They're prompt in understanding requirements and fixing bugs.

They. took their time in understanding the requirement, doing thorough research and assessment before jumping into development which provided us clarity and eventually less back-n-forth on the requirements once we got into the development phase.

Technically, I don't see where I can make a comment, but on the digital marketing side, I hope they expand their team and provide better service, which they have just lately begun but might have aided us in the past with our games.
