What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We thought that developing a website for our company would be an easy feat and hired someone abroad to do the job. We ended up wasting MONTHS of our time with them and it left us beyond frustrated. When we were referred to DETL we had our reservations but were quickly impressed by their level of preparation, competency and communication.

They led us through the whole process and were so thorough that we immediately felt our investment with them was worth it. The team at DETL was highly responsive and was able to get us up to our development phase within a month and a half. This is a timeline with OUR team being away for two weeks. We our now in the development phase and the design alone has us excited for whats to come.

I have worked with many agencies before. For SEO, Marketing, Graphic Design etc. I was left speechless at the level of detail DETL put in for our project. We ran through a minimum of two focused meetings to get a comprehensive overview of our business needs and wants. Then within a week, we were brought a full project breakdown, including a very eye-opening competitor research package. This package included a line-by-line website breakdown of four of our competitors.

The entire process has been a breeze with DETL. They have been very accommodating to change requests and feature additions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As noted in my previous answers, DETL is doing an amazing job showcasing its competency in project management, design and, development. The level of detail they provide us has shown us that we have gotten a major ROI for our investment. This firm is honest, and clearly has a brilliant team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DETL could have done differently?

I have taken time to review this question and want to avoid embellishing the work DETL has done. With that said, I can't imagine what they could have done better. DETL's speed of delivery and the value given is a testament to their management team. Anyone who hired DETL will be thrilled with the results. I know we are!

DETL has been helping us with web development. I started by giving them a structure of what I'm looking for and what my business is all about. Consequently, they built the site from scratch.

The main feature I've asked for for my website is to enable clients to go through all my work and contact me directly for inquiries by filling out a form that would get to me via email.

We started the engagement in January 2021, and it's still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I asked them for a very contemporary and simple design, and when I saw what they had built, I was happy. They've created a simple but elegant website. In addition, the transactions between the pages, the pictures they use, and their design are immaculate. Moreover, after a few test runs, we've been getting 200–500 visits to our site through Google Ads. Overall, I'm delighted with their work.

How did DETL perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is nice because communication has been perfect since the beginning. Additionally, I haven't had any problems with the budget, and they've taken care of all my requests. In terms of tools, we mostly use WhatsApp and video calls for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their transparency is outstanding; they tell us how much we're getting with what we plan on investing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.

Get on a call with Moad and explain exactly what you're looking for — he will advise you on how to move forward.
