*Terrible Experience – Beware!*

We signed a contract in May for two months of social media management, and it has been an absolute nightmare. After the initial photoshoot, there was complete radio silence. She stopped answering calls and messages, and we had to reach out through different channels just to get a response. When we finally did, we were met with nothing but excuses.

Despite making an advance payment of ₹60,000 for two months of service, we only received one week of content. Then, she disappeared again for weeks. This frustrating pattern continued until we demanded our money back. She promised to deliver the work but only managed another week of content before ghosting us once more.

It's now been four months, and we’ve lost not just our money but also valuable time. DESIGNETRI was not reliable or professional. It seems like she’s a one-person operation and simply can’t commit to delivering on her promises. We feel completely cheated.
