What challenge were you trying to address with Design Wox?

We needed to create a professional website for our business. The main goal was to have a clean, modern site that clearly explained our services, built trust with customers, and helped people easily contact us or request a quote.

Design Wox handled the full website design and development. They created a clean, professional layout, added our grout and tile cleaning service information, helped organize the content, and ensured the site was easy for customers to navigate. The main deliverables included the website design, service pages, contact/quote request section, mobile-friendly layout, and final launch support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since launching the website, we’ve had a stronger online presence and a more professional way to present our services. Customers can now easily find information about our grout and tile cleaning work, contact us through the website, and request quotes. The site also helped improve trust with new customers because it looks clean, organized, and easy to use.

Although we don’t have exact tracking numbers yet, we’ve noticed a clear improvement since the new site launched. Customer inquiries and quote requests have become more consistent, and people now have an easier way to find our services and contact us online. Before, most quote requests came through word of mouth or occasional messages, but now we receive website-based inquiries on a weekly basis. Overall, the website has helped us look more professional and generate better leads.

How did Design Wox perform from a project management standpoint?

Design Wox managed the project well from start to finish. Communication was clear, they kept the process organized, and they were responsive whenever we had questions or requested changes. They delivered the website within the expected timeframe, and the overall experience felt smooth and professional.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was how easy they made the whole process. Design Wox understood what we needed without making things complicated, and they were able to turn our ideas into a clean, professional website. Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we had a positive experience with Design Wox. There wasn’t anything major they needed to do differently. The only small improvement would be providing slightly more frequent progress updates during the design stage, but they were responsive whenever we reached out and delivered a website we were happy with.
