What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The AV was well received by all the attendees of the event; especially end client.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Timelines were smartly adheered and managed mostly, there were few delays at thier end but this was also due to late reviewing at client's end as well. So it wont be fair to mention the delay was only at client's end. Team did a great job overall!!

The team was able to collect the requirements and brief and visualize the needed elements properly, and also provide some value-added inputs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Design Jockeys could have done differently?

It was only my first time, I will have to park this one for now. Too soon to tell.

They are proactive and gives suggestions on how can we make the designs/output better

Are there any areas for improvement or something Design Jockeys could have done differently?

Need to be open to welcome additional small small work if there is any. It will help both the parties to grow together. Sometimes we need to accomodate such small request without any charging additional to the client so that client gets retained.
