We performed a complete conversion audit of the eCommerce website, identifying key bottlenecks in the product page and checkout funnel. Based on the research, we redesigned core pages with a stronger focus on UX/UI, clarity of value propositions, and persuasive design. Our team created optimized product images and supporting graphics to enhance the overall look and feel, while improving trust and engagement. The project also included setting up hypotheses for A/B testing, aligning design updates with CRO strategy, and ensuring every change was aimed at driving measurable conversion uplift.

We carried out in-depth research including competitor analysis, session recordings, and message mining to uncover conversion blockers. Based on the insights, we delivered new high-converting designs for product detail pages and landing pages, along with professional product images. We also created Amazon A+ Content that elevated their brand presentation. The client tested our work and confirmed a measurable 19% conversion lift. Our team brought expertise in high-converting design and end-to-end optimization, from research to creative execution.

I’m the founder of a consumer products and services company. We help drivers connect with passengers so they can share the cost of the journey.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Design to Convert?

We needed help with the UI/UX design of our platform. Our goal was to generate leads and new customers in a very competitive market that had little to no space for new players.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Design to Convert helped us with the driver onboarding journey, the driver ride creation journey, the passenger ride joining journey, the payment journey, and the communication platform between the two roles in the UI. Design to Convert had to come up with pages that wouldn’t get anybody lost in these very complex journeys and ensure that users were engaged and supported every step of the way. We worked with Design to Convert for about six months. The team delivered low- and high-resolution wireframes, low-resolution design suggestions, style guides, A/B testing, UI testing, target group testing, UX testing, user journey testing, focus group testing, marketing feedback, and the final design for desktop and mobile.

How did you come to work with Design to Convert?

We found Design to Convert through a referral. We chose them because it was very clear to us that they got a grip and an overview of our project scope and direction extremely quickly. Aleksander (Founder) exhibited a clear mastery of UX and user journeys and quickly came up with wireframes that described the UI in a very intuitive way.

We worked with Design to Convert from January–June 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our target audience was absolutely thrilled with the final design. Another measurable outcome was that the coders could easily implement the design into a living UI on desktop and mobile.

How did Design to Convert perform from a project management standpoint?

The project was delayed two months. In hindsight, we saw that the delays were due to us as product owners not being clear enough in our objectives. Design to Convert did a fantastic job of holding our hand through the entire process and showed up as a wonderfully understated critic who knew exactly how to say no in a soft way. Their project management was excellent. We communicated via WhatsApp, Zoom, and shared screens.
