Their user experience design team really knows how to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces but they have a bad technical support team and we faced unacceptable delay for solving technical problems

I had an disappointing experience working with Addicta. they struggled to meet deadlines, which caused major delays in the delivery of our website. Despite repeated assurances, the project was not completed on time, and this set us back significantly in our business planning.

What made it even worse was their lack of technical support. Whenever we encountered issues or needed assistance, their support team was unresponsive on time or unhelpful.

Additionally, it was very clear that Addicta was more focused on getting their money than ensuring our satisfaction. The project coordinator displayed a completely unprofessional attitude. We were called many calls and whatsapp messages, to discuss the final payment—long before the project was actually finished and in direct violation of the terms outlined in our contract. This aggressive pursuit of payment before completing the agreed-upon work made the entire experience frustrating and uncomfortable.

I would not recommend Addicta to anyone looking for reliable, professional web development services. Their lack of attention to customer satisfaction, combined with poor technical support and unprofessional conduct, made this a truly negative experience.
