For what projects/services did your company hire Desert Dog Marketing?

Our website was outdated and needed a revamp. We hired Desert Dog to design a whole new website. This included copywriting, web design and development. We also wanted some updated content so they created some video's for us to display some projects we work on - we have had great feedback on these from clients. They also run our SEO campaign monthly, which seems to be working really well.

What were your goals for this project?

To get a better website and look more professional to clients. We wanted it to be impressive!

How did you select Desert Dog Marketing?

We were actually referred Desert Dog by a client of ours who also worked with them. They were very happy with their experience so we decided to go with them.

Describe the project in detail.

Firstly we discussed what we wanted from them and our goals for the company. We spoke back and forth for a while before we paid for anything, which we liked, they weren't pushy for the sale. I think they wanted to see whether we would be a fit for each other. After we paid, we had regular meetings to show the progress/ direction of the website. We also discussed what we wanted for the content and they described our SEO strategy to us.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a project manager, Georgia, who was our point of contact & was very helpful. She managed all our queries throughout the process and made it much easier than dealing with multiple employees.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our online presence is much more professional and we've had multiple comments from clients regarding this. Our lead generation is now mostly automated and we no longer rely on reaching out to companies in order to gain their business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Georgia gave me regular updates throughout the project, explaining each stage of the process. When I did have queries I could call or email her and she always got back to me in a timely matter and explained anything I was unsure about.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The customer service was the aspect that stood out to me the most. We were included and briefed about every step of the process to make sure the project outcome was exactly what we wanted.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I can't recommend Desert Dog enough.
