The project was to transition the current website from WordPress to WebFlow with a few design upgrades, including installing a few carosels. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Transition website (1:1) from WordPress to Webflow.
2. Install carosels and make minor graphical upgrades.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Never on time.  Everything that was recieved was sloppy (at best).  It was very obvious the Derrick was handing the project off to lower level employees (not an issue) that had no clue what they were doing and paid no attention to detail.  My staff spent hours quality checking for the many errors in the new website (broken pages, colors that were off brand, pictures that were not sized correctly). 

When the more than 100+ errors (on a ~10 page site) were professionally brought to Derrick's attention on multiple occasions, he took an offensive stance, was confrontational and very rude to both myself and my staff, and then demanded additional funding for the problems his team created. 

I finally let him go after he raised his voice at me over zoom and hired another company to complete the work.   The new company (PBJ Marketing) had to completely scrap the website he built and start from scratch (we gave PBJ Marketing a 5-star rating on Clutch).  The experience with Derrick.dk was a complete fraud.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Derrick.dk could have done differently?

Pay attention to detail and supervise your employees.  Listen to your customers and don't be rude to your clients.  Don't half do the job you have been hired to do or promise things that you do not have the capability to deliver on...
