we are looking out for an agency to develop a launch social media video for one of our product launch - pen.

What were your goals for this project?

To enhance brand and product recall. Able to spell out the FAB of the product A content which resonate well with target audience - student A content where it suitable for online platform and potentially going viral

How did you select Demojo Communication?

we had some past working experience and the team has shown a clear understanding about this area and the output delivery is somewhat high level which is inline with the dollar spent.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

• propose creative ideas after receiving the brief from product company
• present to top management for comment, revision & approval
• carry out pre-production meeting
• production A to Z are all well covered including editing and output into various mobile friendly format.

What was the team composition?

dealing with the key person - the boss. he has been very accommodating & able to give constructive suggestion when issue arises. been to their office before, they have around 7 to 8 workers. production team is outsourced.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The progress has always been good but there are still hiccups here and there sometimes. the output is good and we have a positive feedback about the video. we have met our marketing objective; whether or not it help in sales is another matter altogether.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

i would say is okay.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are young, full of ideas, and provide high-quality output.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Perhaps if they could go extra miles slightly more or more agile that would be perfect.

For what projects/services did your company hire Demojo Communication?

We hired DeMojo for providing services like creative content , production , event management and fulfilment services for customer engagement , vendor engagement and even for internal annual events and communications

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to get maximum engagement from our customers and also our vendors . We were also looking for a company that we could utilize for our internal stakeholder communication and management. We wanted to get the maximum at a fair price - someone who would help us own the entire estate .

How did you select Demojo Communication?

We did get a referral for Demojo but the company had to go through the whole 9yards of vetting and all the checks including but not limited to legal and financial scrutiny. Orange has a very detailed process in selecting it's partners / vendors and is a very through process and Demojo was selected only after that.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Demojo's team would personally visit the office a few times to go over the initial plan , more of what we have in mind to translate that into a series of plans and proposals before we finalize on the plan itself. They also do keep interacting during the execution and are always willing and supportive to make changes to the plan , as need be.

What was the team composition?

I used to interact with a limited number of their team but I do understand that they have an extended team to support them and a wide variety of partners and vendors who add on to their portfolio

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Customer Satisfaction and turnout- apart from the branding that we got. For internal stakeholders they could not just wait for another event .

Overall , everyone in Orange is delighted to have Demojo as our vendor and this can be validated by the fact that they have been our sole support for any events throughout the last few years for any event management - customer, branding. opening of offices , annual gatherings , trainings etc.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I would say communication is their forte. They are very good into translating their ideas into success stories and that is because of the constant communication between the two teams. They are very adaptable when there needs to be a deviation from the original plan and are always communicating to ensure their plans and execution is in sync with what we want.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Demojo is synonymous for going that extra mile for the customer all with a smile - every one on their team is willing to do that one bit extra , just that one last push with utmost professionality that makes them stand apart from the rest. I have been working with Demojo for almost 6 years now and cannot be looking for a better partner to support me - irrespective of the project or the event I want run.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Well, am sure there are but with the way they manage - it is pretty invisible to the client. They are always asking for feedback and ever evolving it is difficult to think of one
