I’m the agency owner of Brightway Insurance, The Miami Lakes Agency. We provide home, auto, flood, life, and commercial insurance to protect what matters most.

What challenge were you trying to address with Demand Influence Media?

We wanted to grow our presence in the local market, increase brand awareness, and drive more inbound inquiries. A key objective was to stand out in a crowded insurance space and consistently bring in new business opportunities.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Demand Influence Media provided a full range of digital marketing services, including strategy development, online advertising management, and ongoing optimization. They helped with lead generation campaigns, improved our business online presence, and provided regular reporting and insights to track performance and refine our approach. Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram were the primary platforms.

We worked with Demand Influence Media from July 2025–January 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw an increase in inbound leads, improved lead quality, and more consistent new business opportunities. While we didn’t track exact percentages, we saw a noticeable increase in inbound leads and overall engagement. The consistency and quality of opportunities improved significantly compared to before. The leads were more qualified and relevant to our services, which resulted in better conversations and a higher likelihood of converting them into customers.

How did Demand Influence Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Demand Influence Media was organized, responsive, and always on time with deliverables. We had in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Demand Influence Media’s communication and responsiveness really stood out. They were easy to work with, understood our goals, and were always proactive in making sure we were getting the best possible results.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing significant comes to mind. Overall, we were very happy with their work and the results they delivered.
