What challenge were you trying to address with Delta X?

We hired Delta X to create a website and a mobile app. We wanted our customers to have easier access to their needs and complete their daily tasks once they use our platforms.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I gave Delta X all the documentation that they required from us. After that, the team created some mockups for both our website and mobile app. We then gave our feedback about their work. Once they implemented the changes that we wanted to integrate, they moved forward to fully developing our website and mobile app.

What is the team composition?

Delta X provided 5–6 employees to support us, including their CEO and technical team members.

I found them on LinkedIn, and I heard about them from friends and family.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $10,000–$25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February–September 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We had a good experience with Delta X, and we liked everything they built for us. More importantly, their work increased our revenue, which made us pretty happy.

External stakeholders were also extremely satisfied that they had the option to use the site or the mobile app — although the mobile app was more convenient for them. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Delta X, and we’d highly recommend them to friends, families, and other potential clients. 

How did Delta X perform from a project management standpoint?

They had an excellent process, which allowed them to get our requirements done on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with their services, especially their ability to complete the features that we want.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I was satisfied with their work. However, since we launched the site and the app, people were more comfortable using the app. In connection with that, I’d like them to add more features to our app next time.

It will be a great opportunity to work with Delta X because they can offer you many benefits.
