Hello, my name is Delon. I've served as a software engineer, analyst and tech lead for over 20 years. I'm available to lead your software team, solve hard technical problems, advise you on technology choices, or coach your developers on best practices and tools. I'm also available for one-on-one coaching and mentoring.
I enjoy solving business and organizational problems through good communication with stakeholders and just the right amount of art, science & technology. I've come to specialize in building data-oriented applications like scheduling systems, workflow systems, and form systems. I also enjoy graphic design, systems integration, automation, working with arcane data formats, and building compilers and interpreters.
