Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the PR and communications manager for Solaz Resort Los Cabos located in Baja California Sur, Mexico. I handle the website, social media, and all the marketing and media efforts.

What challenge were you trying to address with Deharo Labs?

We hired Deharo Labs to improve our landing page because we had a website that included three different business units. He also helped to improve the image and design of my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

He enhanced my website through videos. Furthermore, he also did three different sections that explain each of our business units. Then, he also added an additional section for the real estate part of the property.

Our engagement ended already, but we have some periodic calls where we would discuss future enhancements that we could do. 

What is the team composition?

We only worked with Luis (Managing Director & Founder).

How did you come to work with Deharo Labs?

I found them on their website. I asked some of my friends who live in Monterrey, Mexico if they knew of any company. They recommended Deharo Labs. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $1,100. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership ran from November–December 2020. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

With the additional section they developed, the company could receive business leads from external stakeholders who were interested in buying a house or residence.  

Overall, our relationship with Deharo Labs went really well. It was a very smooth business relationship.

How did Deharo Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Luis was always ahead of deadlines and showed results before those deadlines. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understood what we needed. Luis went to our hotel so that he could understand our business units and their differences. Everything flawlessly worked together. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing that I could think of when it comes to areas of improvement. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be in communication all the time. Whenever someone from their company follows up, try to answer as quickly as possible because they will.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am de CEO from Exinsa, we created Quick Service APP for the maintenance management, we are making focus on the prevent service culture, at the same time we create a technician service CRM, so, having the 2 elements (customer & provider) we will be making a match in his service necessities this will produce sells for the company and savings for the customers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Deharo Labs?

Deharo Labs was hired for development the APP since the beginning, we exposed our necessities to them and we started to make an structure.

What were your goals for this project?

our goals in this project are:

1. create prevent service culture for the customers.
2. create service projects and job for the providers.
3. has a healthy budget about service necessities in an equipment and throw this method, define if is healthy still fixing and equipment or make a replacement.
4. have services from the providers on time and asap

SOLUTION

How did you select Deharo Labs?

Because Deharo Labs has sensibility with the customers, we had several interviews with another companies where they wants to do their own strategy mixing last projects, not our project, they just want adapt. Deharo heard us, understand us and the most important they fulfilled our project on time and agreements.

Describe the project in detail.

Throw QR CODES we communicate the vending machines with the customer and the provider, the customers cames to the vending machine, see the QR code, he puts the cell phone in there and the equipment send al alert to the APP, this alert is received for the provider and the equipment owner, so?? they know that there is a problem.

What was the team composition?

Our social media manager, his assistant, the development (DEHARO) me the CEO, our General Manager and our service engineers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

we started to used 2 months ago registered the equipment in his first installation, we emit a Qr Code and we put this code in the vending machine like a sticker, we are seeing better ways to improve the register about times, our customers are making his register too in our app, because they consider Quick Service like a good support for them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

excepcional they heard us always and resolve on time!!!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

the availability and his responsibility, they are a disciplined work equipment.

Are there any areas for improvement?

for me not really, maybe for them more exposure, because they do really god projects!! They are really good!
