For AI marketing project we hired deemsoft company, we need to use this software for generate the leads and acquire the new customers

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We discussed with company CEO when we attended one conference meeting then we approached for develop the software.

First they collected our requirements then they gave us pencil/mockup designs with all the screens, once we approved the design they gave the time line to deliver the project, they are used AI, Mongodb, react and other technologies.

4 Engineers are worked on this project, one Architect, one senior developer, 1 junior developer and one tester.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After using this product we are able to track all my leads, email followups, linkedin contacts, messages, customers and very use to support them and we are getting many qualified leads too.

We had every 1-hour meeting with all developers and testers, as outlined in the timeline they were able to finish the work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their company had very good knowledgeable resources to manage projects. They mainly look quality of the work and on-time deliver the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we started using the product, we got bugs, but they fixed all our issues very quickly.
