I am a Facebook & Instagram Ads specialist. I focus on those platforms as well as other social media channels.

For what projects/services did your company hire Declare Media, and what were your goals?

My expertise only goes so far with specific channels, and I always recommend choosing an expert when spending serious money. I needed a team to handle not only paid search traffic, but knowledge of LSA's GSP as well as YouTube advertising. I did not have the time to learn this myself, nor did I want my clients to come along for the ride while I was learning to fly.

How did you select Declare Media and what were the deciding factors?

Nick and his team at Declare are the most knowledgeable on the Google platform when it comes to paid advertising. I have been trusting him with my clients spend for over 2 years now. This is not a group that is trying to hit a monthly or quarterly quota, it is the person you speak to that is doing the work, not a sales person who passes it off.

Declare's first action step is to dig into an account and unfortunately clean up any mistakes that have been made by the business owner or failed agency partner. They are great with identifying both weaknesses and opportunities for an account of any size.

I only work with the top. Owner.

Measurable outcomes vary between client work and are confidential.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Communication is key but I am not a micromanager. Just as I do not watch painters paint my house, or roofers fix a roof. I trust Nick and Declare with my accounts the same way I leave my car at the mechanics and wait until he says he is done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is not a large agency that has to sell you in order to keep their lights on. Having personal contact with the people running the account goes a long way compared to a Madison Ave agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No.
