Deal Design's work is mediocre in my opinion. We asked him to do bottles for a skin care line and he prepared the vertical words in wrong direction. At that point my consultant who I hired to build this business would not work with him. My company daywel..com hired them and paid for several projects.

They never completed the assignments that we paid them for. I am happy to talk to you before you hire them and happy to explain what occurred. Be careful.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Not great. It is just David and he is inflexible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nothing I think their work is so-so.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Yes David could have completed the work that he promised. Now I will go after him to Better Business Bureau and elsewhere because I feel cheated.

To anyone reading this review, ask yourself: “Does it make sense that a company with all 5-Star reviews, dating back 5 years, would suddenly get a 2 Star review?” No. It doesn’t.

When you have been in business for over 22 years and served hundreds of brands, you are bound to encounter someone like this.

Deal Design provided brand strategy, brand naming, writing, logo design, brand style guide, and packaging design work for Daywel. All these projects were completed and approved by the company CEO, with the exception of packaging design, which was abandoned before completion by Daywel. Deal terminated the relationship with Daywel since they kept asking for more rounds of revisions to design projects after the contracts were fulfilled, but didn’t want to pay extra for the work. Now, they are trying to extort the work for free with a bad review. The claims that we didn’t complete any of the work are complete lies. You can even see our naming and logo design work on their website.
