What challenge were you trying to address with D&D SEO Services?

PPC and social media ads were costing too much, so I hired D&D SEO Services for local SEO and AI services. I needed more organic traffic and phone calls coming into my business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

D&D SEO Services did a custom local SEO package for me. It included my Google Business Profile (GBP) and my website. I had no location pages or keyword targeting. The main deliverables were an updated website with location-specific service pages, keyword research, and GBP help.

They added eight specific location pages and keywords with locations. They also added buttons to my website so people could call and send a form. They did some other stuff that I don’t know much about.

What is the team composition?

We work with just one person, Danielle.

How did you come to work with D&D SEO Services?

I found them while searching Google for an SEO company. I liked their reviews and how they were very personal. They weren’t a huge company, but if I needed help, I could reach the owner.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $2,500 to start and $995 per month. In total, we’ve spent about $5,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2025, and the project is ongoing. We’re on a monthly plan now.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

According to my reports, traffic has gone up by 114%. I’m also getting leads from ChatGPT and Bing. Before hiring them, I only got seven visits a month. I’m in the top three on the map pack now.

How did D&D SEO Services perform from a project management standpoint?

At first, Danielle called me at least three times a week. It was a little too much, but I appreciated the knowledge that she was working on my stuff.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working one-on-one with Danielle has been nice. She answers any questions I have. She gave me her personal cell number so I can always reach her.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would say maybe they could check in less at first. I understand they want to keep me up to date, but three calls a week in the beginning was a lot.
