What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We now have a full inventory system, so we can keep tabs on exact quantities. Our inventory management is 60% better than before. We used to have a lot of stolen and destroyed goods due to not having a system in place. Additionally, the e-commerce website and mobile app have opened a new revenue stream for our company.
