Our inventory management has been improved greatly by the visibility that DCI provides, and the integrity of their inventory counts.

DCI is always very responsive, and will try to help provide a solution for anything needed. They deliver on time, and very efficient. They are proactive on communicating if things come up, and take accountability if things happen

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I find a couple of unique traits about DCI that you don't seem to find a lot is accountability and proactiveness. It's rate that they make a mistake, but when they do they take 100% accountability for it and fix it was quickly as they can. 

They are also very proactive in communicating if they think things are coming up. Even with their holiday schedule, they reach out to ensure we don't have anything planned around that time so they can accomodate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DCI - Distributors Choice Inc could have done differently?

We have been impressed with the service DCI - Distributors Choice Inc provides. I can't think of anything they could improve.
